I would like you to try all 3 activities and attempt some of the suggestions to make the activities harder.
Being in lockdown, probably means you are moving less than you normally do. I would like you to think about ways that you can stay active on a daily basis. You should aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise/movement each day to make sure you stay fit and healthy. It doesn't just help our bodies stay healthy but also helps our minds too. Here are some ideas of things you could do:
There are plenty more ideas that I haven't mentioned and I would love for you to share your own ideas with me so I can then share them with the class! Just try to make sure that you are active and getting that heart rate up for at least 30 minutes a day and have fun whilst you're doing it!
