As part of our school vision we aim to be 'a school that is forward thinking and seeks to provide the experiences and opportunities needed for future success' as well as being 'a school that teaches everyone to have a positive impact on the world'. This led us to create the 'Passport of Possibilities'. This was created in collaboration with our staff, parents and governors and also helps us to realise our ambition of being 'a compassionate and inclusive school where pupils, staff and families build happy memories and love attending every day.'
The 'Passport of Possibilities' outlines the opportunities that we provide to each year group and as a whole school. It allows us to provide the Cultural Capital needed for future success and is broken down into various categories including, culture, performance, inspiration, democracy and community. The school feels that these experiences are all vital in order for pupils to grow into well-rounded and successful citizens of the future.
As we recognise there is a cost involved with providing these opportunities, we aim to share the cost of these with parents as early as possible in each academic year and upload these costs to Arbor. This is done with the aim of enabling families to carefully plan for any upcoming financial costs.
