Term 2 Optional Inspirational Tasks.

Task 1

Our history topic is castles this term. Please look at pictures of castles on the internet and then create a model of a castle. You can use an shoe box or turn a cereal packet inside out. You could even challenge yourself to make a drawbridge!

If you google: 'school project cardboard castle' then click images, there are so many ideas that you can use. Good luck and have fun!

Task 2

Can you create a poster to go in our book area? Please choose your favourite story. Write the title and author clearly on your poster and draw a picture from your story. You could do a picture like the one on the front cover or you could draw a picture from your favourite part of the story.

You could also write some sentences about the story, to recommend it to your friends. Tell your friends what the book is about and why it is a great story. You could do it on A4 or A3 size paper. You can use felt pens or colouring pencils and we will laminate your work before we put it in our book corner.
