This week in Year  3 we have continued learning about Stone Age and the highlight of the week was the VR workshop were we explored how Hunter-Gatherers lived, what did they hunt for and what did they need to survive.
  
This week: 
In maths we ae learning how to add and subtract three digit numbers with and no exchange. We were finding complements to 100 too.
In English we were learning about speech marks and we are now planning our class adventure story. 
In reading we are exploring the text 'Oliver and the Seawigs' and we are working on fluency and prosody.
In history we were learning about the Stone Age tools and we looked at some examples. We learnt what the Stone Age tools were used in the past.

Next week: 
In maths are still learning how to add and subtract three digit numbers.
In English we are planninga nd writing our class adventure story.
In reading we are continuing to work on fluency and we are further exploring Oliver's adventure.
In PE we are learning skills to play basketball.
